The Role
Reporting to the CTO, you'll lead a Microsoft-based infrastructure across multiple UK sites. You'll be the technical authority-balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery.
You'll own:
- Infrastructure performance, security & scalability
- Change management & project delivery
- Team leadership & vendor management
- Integrations, transitions & consolidations
Tech you'll work with:
- Microsoft 365 & Azure AD
- Windows Server & Desktop
- Virtualisation, Networking, VoIP
- Cyber Security, MFA, IAM, Backups

- 3rd/4th Line IT Engineering experience
