Salary: £12.31 – £12.50 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Practitioners to join a high-performing early years setting dedicated to delivering exceptional childcare. This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a warm, welcoming team that values professional development and child-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS framework

  
  

• Foster a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for children aged 0–5

  
  

• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress accurately

  
  

• Work closely with parents, carers, and team members to build strong relationships

  
  

• Support each child’s individual learning and development journey

  
  

• Promote a culture of inclusion, wellbeing, and continuous improvement

  
  About You

  • Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (please note: Health & Social Care diplomas are not eligible for this role)

    
    

  • Have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices

    
    

  • Bring excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills

    
    

  • Are passionate about supporting children to reach their full potential

    
    

  • Are confident using both written and digital systems for record keeping
