Job Details:
Location: Newton Abbot, TQ12
Contract: Temporary ongoing
Shift Pattern: Any days, Mond-Sun | 12-hour shifts | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: £13.03 – £17.33 per hour
️ What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting production and supply chain teams to meet daily KPIs and food safety standards
Working collaboratively to overcome challenges and drive improvements
Using raw materials efficiently and participating in site improvement projects
Championing health & safety practices and food hygiene standards
Following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), company hygiene protocols, PPE, and dress code
Escalating quality or food safety concerns appropriately
We’re Looking For:
A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
Ability to carry out manual tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and a commitment to health & safety
Basic understanding of food hygiene (experience in food production is desirable)
