Employment Opportunities

The Board of Trustees have a range of exciting opportunities available within the Trust Finance team and are looking for highly motivated candidates to become part of this central support function. Post holders will have the opportunity to work closely with Trust Leaders our Academies to support them in the management of the Trust’s financial functions.

Trust Accountant – Full time, full year

Trust Finance Officer – Full time, full year

Finance Business Partner – Full time, full year

Accounts Payable Officer – 27.5hrs per week, TTO +10

The Harmony Trust operates a hybrid working model. For some roles, there is a requirement to work on site a minimum of 3 days per week (two of which will be on identified days) working alongside other members of the Finance team to support development and develop collaborative ways of working, with the opportunity to work from home two days per week. Where the job role supports academies, one day is to be based within an Academy to support leaders with financial management and to further collaborate across the business administration and finance function.
