We are seeking to recruit a passionate and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team.
Our school vision of Nurture-Grow-Flourish underpins all that we do at CCH. We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic practitioner to provide cover/ release for teachers and support the delivery of an enrichment model for PPA one afternoon per week.
As part of our team, the successful candidate would be supported by our Teaching and Learning Framework and receive bespoke coaching and ongoing professional learning to ensure that they are enabled to continually grow within the role.
The successful candidate will require a good standard of education, normally evidenced by 3 or more GCSEs (including Mathematics and English) at Grade C or above or other equivalents. The successful candidates should possess NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants/ other relevant qualification or minimum 3 years relevant experience of working with children in an educational context.
We are looking for a new member of our team who is enthusiastic and has a tangible passion for helping children to learn in line with our vision of Nurture-Grow-Flourish. Dedication, energy, teamwork, humour as well as a commitment to continual professional development are key requirements of the role!
Hours: 14.5 hours per week (Monday and Tuesday 08:30 - 12:30, Wednesday 08:30 - 15:30)Contract type: Fixed term for 2 yearsStart date: 01/09/2025Salary: HAY 8
