Whether your background is in film, photography, graphic design, games, or another creative field, we welcome individuals who can inspire curiosity, nurture expression, and support students to engage with learning in new and exciting ways. This role would suit someone who enjoys working collaboratively with teachers, contributing to creative curriculum planning and helping students find their voice through hands-on, practical, and creative activities.The Role - Teaching Assistant (SEMH Focus) – Specialist ProvisionWe are seeking a calm, compassionate and emotionally intelligent Teaching Assistant with a strong interest or experience in supporting young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a pivotal role in creating consistency and connection for students who may have experienced trauma, instability, or unmet emotional needs.
As a Teaching Assistant with an SEMH focus, you’ll work closely with teachers to support individual students or small groups, helping them access learning, regulate emotions, and build trust and resilience in a nurturing environment.About Us
