What You'll Be Doing:
• Visiting potential customers and building relationships with local builders, construction companies, and industrial businesses
• Actively generating new business and winning clients from competitors
• Understanding customer needs and offering tailored waste solutions (e.g. skips, grab hire, tipper services)
• Representing the company in a professional manner at all times
What We're Looking For:
• A self-starter who's keen to learn and succeed in a sales role
• Excellent communication skills and a smart, professional appearance
• Ability to listen to customer needs and provide great service
• Full UK driving licence (essential - company car provided)
