As a Digital Apprentice, you will be an integral part of Bluestone’s IT department, supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will learn the necessary skills and behaviours to provide technical support, assist with systems management, and contribute to technology-related projects. This apprenticeship offers valuable, hands-on experience while you pursue a qualification in the IT industry. You will gain a wide variety of skills across software, networking, and systems management, while working alongside experienced colleagues, adhering to all company policies and procedures. Throughout your apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to grow, learn, and develop professionally. The qualification you will achieve is either a Level 3 or Level 4 Digital Apprenticeship (based on previous experience or qualifications). The fixed term contract will run for 21 or 24 months depending on the Level you apply for. The contract is for 22 hours per week. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who embody our core values of genuine care, true ownership, and growing together as a team.
