About the Role:

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping pupils with additional needs reach their full potential. You’ll work closely with teachers and the school’s SENCo to support children with autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or social and emotional challenges.

    • Some experience working with children or young people (in schools, care, or voluntary settings)

    • A calm, patient, and proactive approach to learning and behaviour support

    • A genuine interest in inclusive education and child development

    • Someone considering a career in teaching, therapy, or mental health

      What the School Offers:
      • A supportive, child-focused school with a strong team ethic

      • On-the-job training and guidance from experienced SEN professionals

      • Opportunities for further CPD and career progression

      • A caring and collaborative working environment in the heart of Crewe
