Responsibilities
Conduct thorough building surveys to assess the condition and integrity of structures.
Prepare detailed reports on findings, including recommendations for repairs and improvements.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, codes, and regulations in the surveying process.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
Provide expert advice to clients regarding building structures, safety, and maintenance.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in surveying technology and practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
A relevant professional qualification, such as MRICS or equivalent.
Proven experience in building surveying or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using surveying tools and software.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £23.97
