Summary

The role is within the Civil Litigation Group (Legal Services). The successful candidates will be an integral part of a team that deals with a wide range of cases relating to both debt recovery and claims litigation.

This role is primarily to deal with debt recovery in a complex area relating to Adult Social Care.

Be involved in one of the Groups key priorities and it is an exciting opportunity to join Manchester Legal Services one of the largest Local Authority in-house teams.

We would love to hear from you if you:
have experience of some debt recovery or civil litigation
have an Ilex Professional Diploma in Law (Level 3) or equivalent legal qualification
An ability to meet deadlines is essential. You will have to review documents and provide legal advice on the merits of particular cases.
