This role is within the Civil Litigation Group (Legal Services).
The successful candidate will be in an integral part of a team that deals with a wide range of cases relating to both debt recovery and claims litigation.

This role is primarily to deal with debt recovery in a complex area relating to Adult Social Care.
You will be involved in one of the Group's key priorities and this is an exciting opportunity to loin Manchester Legal Services, one of the largest Local Authority in-house teams.

About the Candidate
We would love to hear from you if you: 
Have experience of Debt recovery and Civil Procedure Rules
Are a Chartered Legal Executive or hold an equivalent legal qualification
Knowledge and practice of enforcement procedure in the County Court is essential.

Desirable requirements that would be useful in this role:  
The candidate will use key legal skills, including communication , drafting, research and negotiation skills.
An ability to meet deadlines is important. You will have to review documents and provide legal advice on the merits of particular cases.
