Full-Time | Permanent | On-Call Duty Required
We’re recruiting an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home supporting young people aged 8–18 with complex emotional and behavioural needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact and shape a high-quality, nurturing home environment.
As Registered Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage a dedicated care team, and ensure compliance with Ofsted and Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.
Key Responsibilities for the Registered Manager:
Lead and supervise the residential care team
Ensure safeguarding, care plans, and risk assessments are effective
Manage occupancy, staffing, audits, and budgets
Promote therapeutic, child-centred care and positive outcomes
Build relationships with local authorities and external agencies
Maintain compliance with Ofsted and quality assurance standards
Registered Manager – Requirements:
Level 5 Diploma (or willingness to complete within 6 months)
2+ years in a children’s residential care role
At least 1 year in a leadership or deputy/managerial position
Strong safeguarding and regulatory knowledge
Organised, resilient, and a confident leader
