Summary
Key Responsibilities Provide clinical support and patient education in line with specific programme protocols. Conduct follow-up visits and ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders. Ensure all activities comply with relevant policies, procedures, and standard operating protocols (SOPs). Identify and report any adverse events or concerns in line with clinical governance standards. Actively participate in team meetings, audits, and ongoing clinical training.
