On behalf of our confidential client, P4 Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Service Manager to lead and develop a committed team in Maidstone.
As Service Manager, you will:
Lead and motivate a team, ensuring they feel supported, valued, and equipped to deliver exceptional care.
Oversee recruitment, supervision, and performance management, cultivating a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Manage budgets and financial processes to ensure services remain sustainable and efficient.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, quality, and safeguarding standards, upholding the highest levels of safety and care.
Build strong relationships with internal teams, external agencies, and the wider community.
About the service:
You will oversee two services on the same site, supporting adults with multiple needs. The role involves leading a team who provide near 1:1 support to six individuals, with two staff members sleeping in overnight.
What you’ll bring:
A genuine passion for social care and proven leadership experience.
NVQ Level 3 in Social Care Management (or equivalent).
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance.
Experience managing budgets and financial processes.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.# IT literacy and confidence using digital systems.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
Experience in PBS, PMLD, and active support is essential.
Experience using technology to enhance lives is highly desirable.
