The Role
Are you passionate about digital learning and student success? The University of Roehampton is recruiting to the role of Digital Learning Development Librarian to join our Library & eLearning Services team.

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Learning Development Librarian to lead the creation and implementation of innovative digital interventions that support our diverse student communities. This exciting new role focuses on transforming our Online Study Skills Hub and Library website into interactive, inclusive resources using cutting-edge digital learning techniques and pedagogical approaches. This role is ideal for someone with a track record of leading on and developing successful digital support initiatives to enhance student outcomes. With the strong ability to work collaboratively with others you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Develop and deliver engaging content for information and digital literacies.
• Collaborate with students, academic staff, and professional departments to create academic skills resources.
• Provide training and support to ensure effective promotion and use of resources by students and staff.
• Drive positive student outcomes by aligning resources with the University's strategic objectives.
