We are currently recruiting for a Planning and Procurement Administrator to join a Welsh success story in what is a newly created role at their state of the art manufacturing facility in Tonyrefail. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company on the cusp of significant growth as demand for their products continues to grow significantly.
As Planning and Procurement Administrator you will:
- Use your administrative skills to full advantage when providing support to the planning and procurement functions of the business.
- Manage documents, process purchase orders, liaise with suppliers and maintain accurate records.
- Act as a point of contact for suppliers, communicate lead times, resolve queries, and facilitate communication between suppliers and internal teams
- Assisting with stock checks, monitoring inventory levels, and ensure adequate supply of materials to meet production needs.
- Maintain accurate data in procurement and planning systems and generate reports on procurement activity
- Provide general administrative support to the procurement and planning function whilst ensuring procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations
