Summary
Microwave Service Company is a long-established microwave oven repair business. We were predominantly completing repairs but created an online shop (using the Shopify platform) to sell microwave oven spare parts and accessories which itself is now busy and continues to grow.
Based in our shop in Sellindge, you will be responsible for processing and fulfilling ecommerce and telephone orders. Also maintaining the easy to operate website including updating and adding products. Some computer and social media skills would be useful but full training will be given. We are looking for someone who is systematic in their approach and who is keen to provide the best customer service. The role is flexible and may also involve carrying out other tasks within the small but lively business.
We are looking for someone who can work about 25 hours a week spread over 5 weekdays a week and pay will start at national minimum wage.
We will be looking to fulfil this role as soon as possible so that you can handover from your predecessor.
