Summary
The States of Guernsey are seeking an experienced Band 5 Team Leader (RNLD/RMN/Social Worker) to join the Sunnybrook (La Vieille Plage) team as part of Adult Disability services.
The post holder is a member of the adult disability service that supports people with a learning disability and autism. The post holder can be based in a variety of settings including the autism hub step down service, specialist residential homes, supported living, short break service and the outreach teams.
Staff are required to work a shift pattern that offers support 24 hours a day.
Team Leaders are expected to be able to co-ordinate and lead a team within the service, and also develop and implement programmes of care and support.
