We are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Officer to join our IT team.
The Service Desk Officer provides high standards of customer service to the organisation as the first point of contact for all IT related requests. The role is key to enabling colleagues with IT support whilst maintaining a fully operational IT ecosystem. You will work closely with the team and suppliers to diagnose and resolve issues for internal colleagues and some external suppliers.

We are looking for someone with a keen interest in IT, educated to GCSE or equivalent. You should have a computer or business qualification and a good understanding of personal computers, printers, mobile devices, operating systems and applications. A good knowledge of cloud computing and virtualisation would be an advantage.
