The role:
We are seeking an experienced Public Sector Contracts Lawyer who can hit the ground running and provide immediate value to the organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public procurement and be well-versed in JCT and NEC contracts.
Please note this is an urgent requirement and therefore you need to be available immediately.
Key responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating public sector contracts
Advising on procurement regulations and compliance
What the client is looking for:
Qualified solicitor or lawyer with post-qualification experience
Demonstrable experience working with public sector procurement, including JCT and NEC contracts
Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload from day one
