Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
The governors are seeking to appoint an interim headteacher for one year with the capacity and commitment to:
• Inspire, nurture and lead our children, as well as our staff, in all aspects of school life
• Actively support and develop the distinct Christian ethos of our school
• Engage parents and carers in both the achievement of their children and the challenges that they tackle
• Communicate effectively with adults and children alike
• Drive improvement in the focus areas agreed with governors
• Form a strong, open, productive collaboration with the governing body
• Partner with governors to deliver the vision for the school
• Evolve existing partnerships with other schools, as well as forging new links, to the mutual benefit of all
• Ensure that our school continues to be seen as an integral part of the local community
