Your new companyA prestigious private medical clinic in Chelsea is seeking a professional, compassionate, and highly organised Patient Manager to join their boutique team. This clinic offers holistic care for women and newborns, including obstetrics, gynaecology, paediatrics, and wellness services. This is a unique opportunity to become the welcoming face of a calm, exclusive clinic that supports women and families through some of the most important moments of their lives.

Your new roleThis is a dual role combining front-of-house excellence with light clinical support. You'll be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm, professional experience while also supporting consultants with tasks such as blood and urine sample collection (training provided).

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage calls, emails, appointments, and payments
  • Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
  • Support consultants with clinical tasks (e.g. venepuncture, urine samples)
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and internal policies
  • Oversee stock levels, cleanliness, and fire safety protocols
  • Organise meetings, refreshments, and liaise with suppliers
  • Contribute to the smooth running and growth of the clinic
  • Perform venepuncture and assist with urine sample collection
  • Monitor medical supplies and fridge temperatures
  • Ensure safe handling and labelling of samples
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and patient safety

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a private healthcare setting
  • Certification and/or experience in blood collection (venepuncture)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A polished, professional appearance and a warm, caring manner
  • Flexibility and initiative to support a growing start-up
