Warehouse & FLT Driver
up to £14.25ph, NN17 1QE, 8am till 5pm M-F (flexibility on working hours required), Parking, Temp to Perm
Due to continued success and rapid expansion plans, a small manufacturing site has an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse & FLT Driver to join them. You will provide support to the General Manager throughout the site:
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT Truck, loading and unloading lorries, in a time effective and safe manner
- Picking pallets from locations for delivery, and taking completed pallets from production area into storage location in warehouse
- Updating stock locations on in-house system, checking proof of deliveries match products delivered
- Transporting raw materials required for daily production requirements
- General warehouse duties as required, including manual lifting, cleaning and maintaining both warehouse and yard area
We would expect the successful Warehouse & FLT Driver to be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of Counterbalance FLT trucks, be an excellent communicator and have a proactive, teamwork focused manner. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Fork Lift Truck driving, Warehouse & FLT Operating, or a Warehouse & FLT Assistant position.
