Summary
As a GPhC registered Pharmacist, part of your role will include: To validate prescriptions legally Clinically screen, dispense and check outpatient prescriptions. To sort out clinical queries effectively with internal clients: doctors, in-patient pharmacists and other hospital staff. To counsel on the safe and effective use of medicines and provide advice to customers and patients. Be professional and take all the clinical and legal responsibilities of a pharmacist and Be the responsible pharmacist as per GPhC guidelines, when required. To help manage and ensure the smooth running of the pharmacy in the absence of the Superintendent Pharmacist and Lead Pharmacy Technician To act as a mentor to the UPL pharmacists and provide clinical guidance and support to them Line manage junior members of the team
