About the RoleAs Facilities Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for all things operational across a vibrant and fast-paced innovation campus. From managing contractors and coordinating maintenance to supporting sustainability initiatives and ensuring top-tier customer service, your role will be central to the smooth running of this unique environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and contractors
- Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and planned maintenance
- Coordinate inspections, health & safety compliance, and statutory checks
- Support small capital works and tenant alterations
- Drive sustainability efforts and green travel initiatives
- Assist with service charge budgeting and invoice approvals
- Help foster a strong sense of community through events and engagement
About You
- 2+ years' experience in facilities or property management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities and a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Elogs or RiskWise is a plus
- Passionate about sustainability and customer service
