Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and technical consultants

  
  

• Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and industry standards

  
  

• Oversee project timelines and budgets, providing clear and consistent progress reports

  
  

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, local authorities, and stakeholders

  
  

• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while addressing on-site challenges

  
  

• Drive continuous improvement and champion best practices in project delivery

  
  Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role

    
    

  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications

    
    

  • Strong leadership and organisational abilities

    
    

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    
    

  • Ability to manage projects independently while upholding quality and efficiency

    
    

  • In-depth knowledge of construction regulations, contract management, and build processes
