Summary
Support Worker - The TreesWe currently have an opportunity for a full time (37.5 hours per week) Support Worker at our scheme, The Trees, in Drayton Parslow, Milton Keynes.The Trees is a dedicated service that supports four adults with autism and learning difficulties. Our mission is to empower our residents to live their best lives by assisting them with every aspect of daily living. This includes providing personal care, organising and supporting outings, managing finances, attending appointments, administering medication, and ensuring a healthy and safe environment.Due to the location of this scheme, it is essential for all staff members to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car.As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping people live independently and with dignity.
