Summary
Baillie and Baillie Letting Agents are looking for a New Member of our Lettings Team.
Based in Houston, Renfrewshire, we are a Family run Modern Business with Old Fashioned values based on Honesty and Integrity.
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to help support and become part of our Lettings Team with the day-to-day running of a busy office.
The successful candidate’s primary role will be the first point of contact for our clients; Duties include: Answering the Telephone, Dealing with Enquiries, Booking Viewings, and following up enquiries as appropriate.
Candidates should have:
Good administrative and data entry skills, a good general education together with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Training will be provided for our in house systems and procedures.
The ability to use your own initiative will make you an ideal candidate, as will your cheerful disposition, common sense, patience, and excellent sense of humour!
We are a small core team looking to expand to meet the demands of our ever-growing business, there is also an opportunity for the role to develop further in both content and responsibility depending on your ambition and abilities.
Salary commensurate with age and experience.
