Allstaff Office Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Sales Administrator.
Summary:
The Sales Administrator is responsible for the daily execution of the supply chain activities. This includes customer order maintenance, new and old. Maintenance of 3rd party automation processes and EDI flows, to ensure all orders are placed, booked for dispatch and invoiced. In this role the Sales Administrator needs to collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the needs of customers are met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Daily Order processing UK and Export.
Coordination logistics for orders interacting with warehouse and transport teams and freight forwarders.
Preparing relevant accompanying documentation UK and export orders.
Booking in orders for delivery with customer supply chains.
Handling telephone and email enquiries from B2B customers. Investigating and resolving customer issues and questions.
Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
Setting up products on customer or supplier portals.
Root cause analysis and resolution.
EDI 3rd party mapping and maintenance including product maintenance.
Learning about products and keeping up to date with changes to products and delivery systems.
Processing invoices and credit notes.
Creation of weekly OTIF reports and monthly sales orders reports.

Competence in the use of Microsoft Office including Excel.
Experience working with customer and supplier portals, knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
1-2 years experience working within a sales administration role or similar.
Experience Required
Experience in order processing.
Previous export knowledge.
Hours of Work
37.5 hours a week: Monday to Thursday 9:00am – 5:30pm, Friday 9:00am – 4:30pm.
