Summary
Position Care Quality Support
Location: Lincoln/Sleaford, Lincolnshire
Salary: £36,000 per annum + Car Allowance + Company bonuses!
Hours: Full Time
A leading provider of elderly care is seeking a passionate and experienced Care Quality Support professional to help drive compliance and care standards across its group of care homes. This role is central to the organisation’s mission of delivering high-quality, person-centred care and ensuring all homes are rated Good or Outstanding by the CQC.

Responsibilities as a Care Quality Support:
• Support audits & prep for external inspections
• Produce internal compliance reports
• Deliver training to team leaders & managers
• Provide on-site support to care homes
• Help manage complaints, safeguarding’s & care logs
Requirements as a Care Quality Support:
• Previous Deputy Management or similar experience within a care setting
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
• Previous experience in providing training to staff
• Full UK driving Licence
• Willingness & ability to travel to homes
