Whether you're experienced or just starting out, you’ll be fully supported with paid training, flexible hours, and a caring team that values your work.
Care Professional Benefits:
• Excellent pay rates - from £12.25/13.75 per hour, plus £24.50. enhanced bank holiday rates.
• Part Time or Full Time - From 10 hours part-time to 35 hours full-time
• Minimum 1-hour calls - so you have the time needed with clients
• Mileage and travel time - Paid on top of hourly client contact time.

• Care Professional responsibilities:
Being a Care Professional is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1-hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high-quality, person-focused care.
Duties can include:
• Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
• Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
• Accompanying appointments or shopping
• Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
Qualifications:
• A caring nature and a desire to help others
• A valid UK driving license and access to a car
• The right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
• No previous experience required – just a positive attitude and willingness to learn
