Summary
JOB OPPORTUNITY: 2 x Working Foremen – East Birmingham
Start Date: 21st July 2025
Duration: 6 Weeks
Location: East Birmingham
Project Type: Educational Refurbishment
Maptalent is currently recruiting 2 x Working Foremen for exciting educational refurbishment projects in East Birmingham. These are hands-on roles requiring strong leadership and the ability to work as part of a multi-skilled team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and work alongside trades on-site
• Minor demolition and soft strip-out
• Remove and replace internal partitions for classroom remodels
• Install ramps for disabled access
• General refurbishment tasks including painting and plastering
• Ensure health & safety compliance and project progress on site
Requirements:
Valid CSCS card
SSSTS certification
First Aid qualification
Proven experience in a similar role
Checkable references
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced foremen looking to work on a well-structured, short-term project with potential for ongoing opportunities.
