Description

We have a great opportunity to join a small, friendly and hardworking Admin Team, working closely alongside the Office Manager, to provide efficient and high-quality administrative support.
The Admin Team is highly valued to undertake the variety of office tasks required for the smooth running of the Company. This post would ideally suit someone with administrative experience working in a professional setting.


The salary for this role is £25,057.50 per annum, pro rata.

Duties

The post holder will provide efficient and high-quality administrative support to our Clinical Teams, Area Support Coordinators, Support Workers and Senior Management Team. They will also assist with general admin and office duties such as organising post, client paperwork and PPE.

Key skills, knowledge and experience

• Experience working in a busy office environment.
• GCSE Grade C/Grade 5 or above in English Language and Mathematics, or equivalent qualification
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work with own initiative
• Excellent teamwork skills and an aptitude for helping other people
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Driving licence and car owner is essential.
