Graduate Teaching Assistant – Swindon Secondary School

Are you a 2025 graduate (or recent graduate) with a 2:1 or above from a Russell Group or Top 20 UK university?

  • Modern Foreign Languages (especially Spanish, with some French)

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Support teaching and learning in your subject specialism or more generally across the curriculum


      • Work 1:1 or with small groups of students to boost confidence and attainment


      • Assist with lesson preparation, resource creation, and classroom management


      • Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment


      • Develop a strong understanding of school operations and pastoral support


        Who We're Looking For:

        • Graduates (or soon-to-be graduates) with a 2:1 or above, ideally from a Russell Group or Top 20 UK university


        • Passionate about working with young people and making a difference in their education


        • Interested in one or more of the key subject areas listed above


        • Adaptable, proactive, and reliable, with excellent communication skills


        • Previous experience with children or young people is beneficial but not essential
