Key Responsibilities:

Support teaching and learning in your subject specialism or more generally across the curriculum

Work 1:1 or with small groups of students to boost confidence and attainment

Assist with lesson preparation, resource creation, and classroom management

Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Develop a strong understanding of school operations and pastoral support
Who We're Looking For:

Graduates (or soon-to-be graduates) with a 2:1 or above, ideally from a Russell Group or Top 20 UK university

Passionate about working with young people and making a difference in their education

Interested in one or more of the key subject areas listed above

Adaptable, proactive, and reliable, with excellent communication skills

Previous experience with children or young people is beneficial but not essential
