Are you a passionate and qualified Level 3 Montessori Teacher who believes in child-led learning and respectful teaching practices? Our client, a welcoming and well-established Montessori nursery, is looking for a dedicated teacher to join their nurturing team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Level 3 Montessori qualification (or equivalent).
  • A deep understanding of Montessori philosophy and pedagogy.
  • A warm, calm, and respectful approach to guiding children.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and supporting every child’s well-being.
  • Prior experience in a Montessori or early years setting (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

As a Montessori Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with Montessori principles and the EYFS framework.
  • Prepare and maintain an inspiring, child-centred environment with Montessori materials.
  • Support children’s natural development through observation and individualized planning.
  • Foster independence, concentration, and self-motivation in each child.
  • Build strong relationships with families and work collaboratively with the team.
  • Maintain accurate developmental records and contribute to a nurturing, inclusive learning space.
