Summary
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Site Manager to join the team at Greenbank Preparatory School and Day Nursery. This is a key role within our school community, helping to ensure that our site is safe, secure, and always looking its best.
From making minor repairs and keeping the building running smoothly to preparing for school events and maintaining a welcoming environment, our Site Manager plays an essential part in school life.
In this role, you will:
• Carry out day-to-day maintenance and repairs across the school site
• Ensure the school grounds and buildings are safe, clean, and presentable
• Support the setup of rooms and spaces for assemblies, events and meetings
• Be a keyholder and take responsibility for unlocking and locking the site each day
• Conduct regular health and safety checks and keep accurate maintenance records
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers and monitor compliance
• Support with occasional grounds maintenance and seasonal tasks
• Respond to site issues and emergencies with a calm, practical approach
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, takes pride in their work and can work independently while being part of a friendly and busy team.
