Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Food & Beverage Colleague to join our team

About the Role:
- Prepare and cook delicious, nutritious meals for our students and staff
- Working with a kitchen schedule to produce baked goods
- Delivering goods across Catering outlets
- Work to set menus using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene in the kitchen
- Work independently or as part of a small team

About You:
- Previous experience as a cook or chef preferred
- Understanding of baking
- Able to cater for a range of dietary requirements
- Good organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Friendly, flexible and reliable
- Food hygiene certificate essential

The hours of work are 25 hours per week term time only (30 weeks), and you must be available to work between the hours of 6:30 to 11:30.
