Summary


An exciting opportunity has for deputy sister in eye clinic has become available.

Eye clinic is the largest out patients in the trust with an ever expanding service. We care for all age groups with a wide variety of ophthalmic conditions.

The successful candidate will have at leasttwoyearsofpost-registration experience and a passion for service improvement and development.

Excellent communication skills are essential, along with high standards of extended clinical skills. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrateexperience inservice development.

Recent experience in the NHS is essential.

To support the day to day running of the eye clinic, whilst managing the nursing team.

You will also be excepted to cover any sickness or gaps within the team.

Day to day management of the Eye Unit including Appraisals, Mandatory training, sickness, performance management.
