Summary

Connect with what you’ll do
In the role you’ll:
 Work with managers and leaders across all teams and our subsidiaries to deliver outstanding people practices.
 Ensure that people policies are fairly and effectively implemented at all times
 Ensure a consistent approach across the organisation when advice and guidance is provided on all employee matters
 Provide management support to the Talent Attraction Advisor to implement effective recruitment processes to attract top talent and support future workforce planning needs
 Lead initiatives to drive employee engagement, retention and development, working with leaders on engagement plans
 Support the focus on systems, projects and administration within the team, making sure people are paid correctly
 Stay up to date with relevant employment laws and regulations to make sure we always remain compliant
 Act as a champion in various employee related groups
 Ensure any employee relations issues are resolved quickly and effectively
 Keep your ear to the ground to prevent issues from escalating
 Manage the People Advisor and Talent Attraction Advisor’s performance through regular one to ones, coaching and reviews

We’re looking for someone with experience of:
 Working at a senior HR generalist level in a fast paced environment
 Providing strategic and operational advice and support to management at all levels
 Delivering outstanding people practices that drive high levels of employee engagement
