Summary
Sonia Friedman Productions is seeking applications for an experienced Deputy Head of Wardrobe to work on the upcoming West End musical "PADDINGTON" at the Savoy Theatre.
Candidates should demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to support and deputise for the Head of Wardrobe. Candidates should be able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure as well as having strong organisational and time management qualities to ensure that the production runs efficiently and smoothly.
Technical skills required include: Ability to learn and perform dressing cues, from simple to extensive plots; experience and good knowledge in the maintenance of varied garments and textiles with excellent hand and machine sewing skills; computer skills with knowledge of Word and Excel; ability and desire to learn new methods and improvement to working practices; ability to work under direction or independently, following tried and tested methods.
Experience working on a large-scale production is essential.
