Head Chef
We are a popular Indian take-away looking for a skilled Curry Chef to join our team. As a Head Chef, you must be able to cook curry dishes based on the menu and create new dishes. Your tasks will include creating new curry dishes on a regular basis as well as catering for any large parties. You will select the ingredients, supervise and monitor the entire meal preparation, cooking procedures and presentation. You will ensure the quality and consistency
of the curries to meet the high standards our customers demand. You will maintain and stock kitchen supplies, equipment and materials when it is necessary. You will supervise kitchen porter for your area. You will maintain a clean and well-organised kitchen area and follow all health and safety laws.
