Summary
Thank you for your interest in working at Alexander Hosea Primary School. Are you an enthusiastic, experienced Teaching Assistant, who enjoys supporting SEN children in a mainstream setting? If so, Alexander Hosea Primary School is seeking a part-time Teaching Assistant to work with a SEN child who requires an early EYFS experience. This role is to support the child when they are in school, for the year. The role will end sooner, if the child leaves the school – depending on the outcome of EHCP assessment.
The hours for this post are 20 per week, term time only. These hours will be Monday -Friday 3 hours a day (9am-12pm) plus Monday-Friday lunchtimes (12-1pm).
The successful candidate will require a good standard of general education. Knowledge and experience of working with SEND children in a primary setting is essential.
