£25,183 to £28,624 per annum (£11,812 - £13,426 pro rata to hours and weeks worked)
Monday - Friday 8.30am to 12.30pm (20 hours per week, term time only plus teacher training days, 39 weeks).We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and well-organised Early Years Practitioner to join our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) initially in our school nursery from September 2025.
This role will involve working collaboratively with responsible classroom teacher(s) as a Teaching Assistant by utilising detailed knowledge and specialist skills to undertake ‘specified work’ and provide care and supervision to pupils.The ideal candidate must be qualified in the following qualification or equivalent:
Level 3 Childcare

Is keen to teach motivated and enthusiastic children
Has the ability to inspire, and enthuse
Sets high expectations for all
Has a strong commitment to working in partnership with parents, colleagues and the community
Is a team player with a good sense of humour and a positive attitude
Really want to make a difference to the lives of young people
Has a working knowledge of the EYFS Framework and the national curriculum and the willingness to develop this knowledge further
