We are currently in search of motivated, happy, enthusiastic individuals who can bring passion, creativity, laughter and learning into our beautiful authentic homely environments across the West Midlands to support our wonderful little Einstein’s.We are seeking candidates who are Level 3 (or above!) qualified in Early Years (newly qualified applicants are welcome) on a permanent, full-time basis for our setting in Barley Lea, Coventry.As a Nursery Nurse/Practitioner your main responsibility will be supporting the development of the children within the provision by providing an excellent range of activities in a stimulating environment covering the EYFS curriculum.The Bright Kids brand prides itself on the training, support, and progression it offers its employees. This training is not only the basic required (e.g. Paediatric First Aid) but also training that will broaden your knowledge (e.g. Preparing for your EIF Inspection / Let them Loose with Natural Materials). The subsidised childcare offers 50% off childcare fees for fee paying staff members until funded hours are provided. First month nursery fees are free of charge (please note if a successful probationary period is not completed, this monthly fee will be owed to the nursery).While our positions are ideally full-time on a rotating shift pattern between 7.30am-6.00pm Monday to Friday, we are happy to discuss part time and flexible working pattern options.Salary: Up to £26,400.00 per hour.
