The successful candidate will: Recent experience of working as part of a successful team;Experience of undertaking a role that follows the appropriate application of policies and procedures ie First Aid, H&S; Recent experience of working with children of primary school age; High expectations of all children; A knowledge and understanding of ensuring the safety, general welfare and proper conduct of children. Motivate and inspire confidence in pupils; Encourage and participate in play; Work collaboratively with others to deliver the best possible outcomes for all pupils; Show a sensitivity to the personal needs of children; Excellent communication skills;Act as an adult role model;Please refer to the candidate information pack, under "supporting documents" for more information about the role.
