The successful candidate will act as the central point of expertise for the client on Data Protection, Freedom of Information, and Information Sharing, providing authoritative guidance and ensuring the implementation of policies and procedures aligned with the Authorised Professional Practice (APP).
They will serve as the primary liaison managing S55 data breaches, coordinating necessary notifications, and maintaining a detailed breach log with justifications, remedial actions, and risk mitigation advice.
