Job Opportunity: Shop Manager (Full-Time)
Big C, a regional cancer charity supporting local people, is hiring a Shop Manager for its soon to be opened King's Lynn Shop.
As Shop Manager you will run Big C's newest charity shop, which will stock a wide range of products, including clothing, bric-a-brac, furniture and bridal, maximising retail sales and profit while delivering a high quality of customer service through effective leadership of staff and volunteers and management of resources and budgets.
Role Responsibilities include:
- Day to day management and ongoing development of the shop.
- Supervising a small team of staff including part-time assistant shop managers and volunteers.
- Maximising the value of donated items, through sorting, display and rotation.
- Achievement of income targets and, driving high standards through the effective leadership and motivation of the team.
- Driving recruitment and development of volunteers.
- Encouraging local stock donations.
- Management of furniture collections and deliveries.

Role Details:
Full-time, 35 hours per week (flexible schedule, includes weekends).
Salary: £23,205.42 –£25,902.14 annually.
