Summary
We are seeking to recruit a professional office administrator to join our administration team on a part time basis (3 days) – which can be worked flexibly. The role would suit a working parent who would like to work hours around school time or someone who is coming up to retirement and would like a part time position. We are looking for someone who has come from a similar background who has experience of working in a busy office environment and who shows proficiency in the following areas:
Duties include:
• Filing, Scanning / archiving documents.
• Logging data using Microsoft excel - essential
• Creating newsletters
• Timesheets (collating timesheets / submissions / chasing)
• Recruitment (collating information, checking on candidates progression)
• Generating Analysis from data provided.
• Respond to emails in a timely manner
• Answer and transferring calls professionally.
• General office duties as and when required
• Experience / Person Specification:
• Preferred 1 years’ experience within the administration department
• To have excellent attention to detail
• Organised & well presented.
• Professional attitude
• Use own initiative
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent IT Skills including Word, Excel & MS office
• Car driver preferred as you will be on occasions, expected to visit services.
