We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our UK office. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone passionate about private equity and emerging markets to play a key role in the full investment lifecycle — from deal sourcing and due diligence to execution and portfolio management.


Key Responsibilities

1) Conduct detailed equity research and build robust financial and valuation models (DCF, LBO, comparables)
2) Analyze macroeconomic indicators, sector trends, and company performance to support investment decisions
3) Evaluate private equity opportunities across diverse sectors in the Indian SME space
4) Support deal structuring, financial due diligence, and preparation of investment memoranda
5) Liaise with advisors, legal teams, and internal stakeholders throughout transaction processes
6) Monitor portfolio companies, track KPIs, and generate performance reports
7) Assist with post-investment strategy, value creation, and exit planning


Skills & Qualifications

1) 8 - 10 years of experience in equity research, private equity, investment banking, or consulting
2) Demonstrated understanding of private equity investment processes and financial structuring
3) Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
4) Fluency in English, verbal and written, is required
5) Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
6) Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field masters is preferred.
7) Familiarity with the Indian SME market and regulatory environment is highly valued
8) Highly organized, analytical, and capable of working independently.
9) Familiarity with the Indian business environment and SME landscape is a required.
10) Language proficiency in Hindi or a regional Indian language is required
